ABOUT US
The story behind the Grit Like Britt Foundation
CHRIS & BRITT REDMAN
Chris Redman is a former NFL quarterback who played for the Atlanta Falcons and Baltimore Ravens. But his greatest role is being a father.
Britt Redman, Chris's son, is a high school football player who faced the fight of his life when he was diagnosed with cancer during the 2023 playoffs. Through grit, determination, and unwavering faith, Britt beat cancer and returned to the field—catching a touchdown pass in his triumphant comeback.
Together, they founded the Grit Like Britt Foundation to give back to the pediatric patients who inspired them during Britt's treatment. Their mission: to bring joy and normalcy to children fighting cancer through the gift of video games.
MORE THAN JUST A GAME
Cancer robs children of their childhood. It isolates them in hospital rooms, separates them from friends, and replaces playtime with painful treatments.
Video games give them a piece of that childhood back. They provide:
- Escape — A break from the reality of treatment and pain
- Connection — The ability to play online with friends and family
- Joy — A chance to just be a kid again
Our Mission: Gifting Video Game Consoles to pediatric patients throughout their treatment.
